Customer context

A chain of stores selling newspapers, books, food and travel essentials located in airports, railway and subway stations, wanted to restock directly from manufacturers and thus avoid using wholesalers and distributors. To this end, it sought a logistics service provider capable of fully managing a supply chain of food and non-food products on a shared platform to deliver “multi-product” and “multi-supplier” orders to its network.

Our solution

Deployment of a global solution for managing information, physical and financial flows of food and non-food products:

  • Purchase from suppliers and manufacturers referenced directly by the brand, invoicing to stores for each replenishment order
  • Three-temperature distribution (dry, fresh, frozen) in compliance with constraints and delivery protocols inherent in the very specific location of points of sale
  • EDI interfaces for full tracking of orders
  • Full tracking of products (bar codes, BBD, etc…)
