Launched more than two years ago, our digital transformation is best illustrated by the new version of our E-Cats tool.
E-cats is a customisable digital platform that everyone can use to create their own marketplace.
How does it work? Everyone can develop their own platform to turn it into a shop, a marketplace, a tracking solution or all of the above. It can be customised to your specific needs: by brand, by subsidiary, by product type, by colour… the choices are yours!
And because E-Cats is based on a shared user platform, you also automatically benefit from all its monthly updates.
Our new E-Cats is ultra-intuitive, responsive design, UX-optimised, highly secure – it’s ISO 27001 certified – and scalable to grow with your business.
With it, you can manage your business completely autonomously:
✅ Product management
✅ Quantity and price management
✅ Management of your sales promotions
✅ User management
And, of course your logistics, with full order tracking, delivery monitoring and the full power of Staci 🚛
Need it quickly? E-Cats can be deployed in just a few weeks, adapted precisely to the level of support you require.
So, are you ready to begin? 😀

Staci Group, a leading multichannel fulfillment platform, has closed the acquisition of Amware Fulfillment, a US fulfillment company providing omni-channel and customized logistics solutions to direct-to-consumer, e-commerce and retail businesses. With this acquisition, Staci reaches a critical size in the United States where the group settled back in March 2019, with the opening of a first warehouse in Jersey City.
Expanding its US footprint is at the core of Staci’s strategy. Following Amware’s acquisition, Staci’s US branch will now be able to reach 98% of the US territory in 2 days via ground transportation, relying on its 800+ employees and 18 strategically located warehouses for a total of 2,400k+ square feet. On top of expanding geographically Staci’s reach, Amware will also allow Staci to keep developing its presence in e-commerce logistics and to keep strengthening in dynamic verticals such as the Health & Wellness.
The combined group will represent €740m ($790m) of revenues and will rely on a global network of 81 fulfillment centers, +4,000 employees, a stronger exposure to high-growing end markets as well as reinforced omnichannel capabilities. The United States is now the group’s leading geography with approximately 30% of revenues.
Staci Group is an independent and flexible international logistics specialist. Staci has developed a wide range of innovative and tailor-made logistics services to address their customers’ evolving needs as well as the rise of multi-channel distribution. Staci is headquartered in Saint-Ouen-L’Aumône (France) and is controlled by Ardian, alongside the managers and Société Générale Capital Partenaires.
With the acquisition, Staci Group will replace Rotunda Capital Partners, which has been an investor in Amware Fulfillment since 2014.
Harry Drajpuch, CEO of Amware Fulfillment is thrilled with this new development “In the current market for fulfillment services, it’s rare to find a provider that combines significant size and scale with a more personalized, collaborative approach to solution design. That’s the unique value the Staci-Amware union brings – robust, high-volume fulfillment and parcel shipping solutions that are also highly customized.”
Thomas Mortier, CEO of Staci Group is looking forward to expanding his organization: “We wish a warm welcome to the Amware team. The combination of our strengths and know-how is a fantastic opportunity to continue the development and growth of both companies in the USA with a network of warehouses that now enable us to cover the whole country from East to West.”

Staci has signed the acquisition of its industry peer, Base Logistics Group, a specialty logistics provider mainly focused on complex logistics services for spare parts, Medical and High-Tech industries.
Base Logistics Group, based in Moerdijk (Netherlands), consists of the logistics companies Base Logistics, HealthLink and Special Logistic Services (SLS).
With this acquisition, Staci strengthens its positioning into the management of complex orders with complementary services (including international transportation-related); and continues the expansion of its foothold in Europe and the United States.
This acquisition makes us part of a successful logistics organization that fits Base Logistics Group very well in terms of vision and values. From the very first contact with Thomas Mortier and his team there has been a good click between us and I am therefore confident in the future with Staci Group as our strategic shareholder.
Robin Voet – Base Logistics Group CEO
Intact
Base Logistics Group will operate separately within Staci Group and will remain independent as an organization.
We are pleased to have the opportunity to welcome a successful logistics service provider in our group. We therefore warmly welcome all employees of Base Logistics, HealthLink and SLS within our organization and we are very much looking forward to the collaboration.
In this sense, nothing will change for Base Logistics Group customers. We will of course make intensive use of each other’s expertise and networks, which will make the service offering to our customers of Base Logistics and Staci even more attractive.
